TLA Consulting's Ho Chi Minh City office is looking for a General Accountant to own the books and reporting for a portfolio of corporate clients under our outsourced accounting service. The work follows each client's monthly, quarterly and annual cycle and demands discipline about deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Record, reconcile and close the books monthly for the client portfolio assigned to you
- Prepare financial statements and recurring management reports to each client's requirements
- Prepare periodic tax filings and liaise with the Tax team on complex items
- Track receivables and payables, fixed assets, prepaid expenses and accruals
- Prepare figures and supporting documents for the annual independent audit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance
- At least 3 years of general accounting experience; outsourced accounting experience preferred
- Solid command of the corporate accounting regime and current tax rules
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Able to work under year-end closing pressure and to plan against deadlines
