In 2011, TLA's founders recognized a gap: Vietnamese businesses had to work with too many disconnected advisors — accounting in one place, tax in another, lawyers somewhere else — while their issues were always intertwined.
TLA Consulting was born to answer the question: "Why can't a business have a single advisor who understands the full picture and takes responsibility all the way through?" From a small team of tax specialists, we have grown into a team of more than 30 lawyers and advisors, serving over 200 domestic and international businesses.
What has not changed in 15 years: every client has a dedicated lead who understands their business — and a team behind them, ready for any issue that arises.
